Spinsly is now available in New York and California, but it looks different from the regular sweepstakes casino. Launched on September 22, 2026, Spinsly Posters uses digital poster purchases and a single Sweepstakes Coin (SC) balance instead of the usual Gold Coin and SC setup.
California and New York are the interesting part. Both have pushed back against the usual dual-currency sweepstakes setup, and Spinsly isn’t trying to bring that same model into either state.

Spinsly Launches New Sweepstakes Casino in California and New York
Spinsly Posters is operated by Mamba Limited and is available to eligible users aged 18+ in California and New York. It launched with 300+ casino-style games, compared with 700+ at the standard Spinsly site.
There aren’t any Gold Coins here. Instead, customers purchase themed digital posters, with select packs including promotional SC at no additional cost. The posters are the product being purchased, while SC are used to play eligible games for a chance to win redeemable prizes.
Gold Coins disappearing completely makes this a different kind of launch, even compared with the newest sweepstakes casinos. Anyone familiar with Spinsly elsewhere in the US isn’t getting quite the same product in California or New York.
What Is the Spinsly Welcome Offer in New York and California?
The current first-purchase offer costs $20 and includes four Safari posters, 40 free SC and one Welcome Wheel spin. No promo code is required.
The wheel awards another 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 or 15 SC, putting the total welcome package at 42 to 55 SC.
The $20 welcome pack is easily the better deal compared with Spinsly’s regular poster packs. The problem comes at redemption. Even after hitting the maximum 15 SC wheel prize, the resulting 55 SC balance is still 45 SC short of the 100 SC minimum.
There’s another hurdle before redemption: SC must be played through 1x. Requests are limited to one every 24 hours, and speed isn’t a particular strength here. A request can sit pending for up to 72 hours before processing, which may take another three days.
What Games Are Available at Spinsly?
The new version opened with more than 300 games, including slots, Hold & Win titles, Megaways games and Fish Shooters. Providers include BGaming, Dragon Gaming, JILI US, KA Gaming, Onlyplay and ReadyPlay Gaming.
Regular Spinsly has 700+ games, so New York and California users are losing more than half the catalog. That’s not a minor difference. The 300+ remaining games at least cover several major slot formats and six named providers, so the smaller number doesn’t mean a bare-bones lobby.
Missions, tournaments, badges, Power Rankings and the Stars Store also make the move to the new version. The main Spinsly review covers how those features work on the regular site, but the smaller game catalog and missing Gold Coins make the New York and California experience noticeably different.
Why Is Spinsly Using Digital Posters?
Forget the game count for a moment. What Spinsly is actually selling is much more interesting. California and New York have restricted the conventional dual-currency sweepstakes model, and Spinsly Posters responds by dropping Gold Coins completely.
Customers are buying digital posters rather than virtual currency, with promotional SC attached to qualifying purchases. There’s also a no-purchase mail-in option worth 3 SC per valid request.
None of this amounts to formal regulatory approval of the model. For now, Spinsly Posters operates in both states, but with a structure that looks very different from regular Spinsly.
