Spindoo has updated its restricted-state list, with Oklahoma now included among the social casino’s Prohibited Territories.
The change means Oklahoma residents can no longer access Spindoo’s games and services, since the site’s current Terms of Service state that players must not live in or access the platform from any territory on its prohibited list.
The update adds another state to Spindoo’s growing list of US restrictions. Players located elsewhere should also check their eligibility before registering, particularly as sweepstakes casino availability continues to change across the US.

Where Is Spindoo Now Prohibited?
Spindoo’s current Terms of Service list 19 prohibited US states: Alabama, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Washington and West Virginia.
The sweepstakes site is also unavailable outside of the United States. Spindoo requires players to be at least 21 or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
The terms make clear that eligibility is an ongoing requirement, and not something to be checked only when an account is created.
What Does the Oklahoma Change Mean for Players?
The biggest impact is straightforward: players in Oklahoma can no longer use Spindoo according to its current terms. The casino did not provide a detailed explanation for why the state was added to the prohibited list and why now.
That includes accessing the games and other Spindoo services, since the terms specify that users must not live or try to access any of its services from a prohibited territory.
The site also states that it can change its Terms of Service over time, so even though material updates are communicated to users, players remain responsible for checking their latest terms before accessing the site.
Continuing to use the site after changes are posted is treated as acceptance of its amended terms.
