Three Reasons We Wanted to Complete This Wisespin Review
Deciding to research this Wisespin review was easy. Three things in particular persuaded us to register at this sweepstakes casino:
Simple Sweepstakes Casino Setup
We’re responsible for several hundred sweepstakes casino reviews, so we’re familiar with the setup. Wisespin follows these norms, using virtual currencies such as Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, which can be obtained through free promotions. Of course, Gold Coins can also be voluntarily purchased from the store, but this isn’t required to play.
Gold Coins have no monetary value and are used exclusively for gameplay and entertainment. Sweeps Coins, on the other hand, can be used to play sweepstakes casino games in promotional mode. When you play in promotional mode, any Sweeps Coins won can be redeemed for cash prizes, provided you meet an additional set of requirements.

Access to 24/7 Live Chat Support
The support button in the main menu and the footer opens live chat straight away. An AI agent picks up first, so ask for a transfer if you’d rather have a person look at your issue. You can also email the team at support@wisespin.com.
We contacted human agents several times while testing the site. The first time, our ID submission had a problem, and the agent told us exactly what was wrong and how to fix it.
Later we asked about a failed payment and got the same clear help. Neither time did we wait longer than five minutes for an answer.

Free Sweeps Coins at Wisespin and the Limits That Apply
Wisespin lets you collect a free Sweeps Coin every day, and you can do it all online. Before you build a balance, though, it pays to know the caps and expiry rules attached to those coins.
Daily Free Entry with an AMOE Code
Logged-in players can request one free Sweeps Coin per day through the “Get AMOE Code” form. There’s nothing to send by post, so claiming free entry takes a minute rather than a trip to the mailbox. The sweepstakes runs on a monthly cycle set to Eastern Time.
The $300 Cap and 60-day Expiry
Sweeps Coins you get for free, whether from registration, verification, daily rewards or giveaways, can redeem a maximum of $300 in total. Anything won above that is removed from your redeemable balance.
Every Sweeps Coin also has a deadline. It must meet the redemption requirements within 60 calendar days of being added to your account, or it’s forfeited.
Is Wisespin a Legitimate Sweepstakes Casino?
Sweepstakes casinos don’t need licenses to operate in the US, but reputable sites still follow sweepstakes laws and check who their players are. At Wisespin, KYC verification is mandatory before any redemption.
You’ll need to provide ID and proof of address, and you may also be asked to confirm your Social Security number. The site uses SSL encryption, and you must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to play.
Wisespin is operated by Avento 360 LLC, which lists Miami, Florida in the site footer. Rather than making broad fairness claims, the site publishes the RTP of every game, which we cover in the games section.

Wisespin Restricted States and US Availability
Wisespin is open in 31 US states, but its list of excluded states is longer than most. Check it before you register, because you can’t create an account from a restricted territory.
The 19 excluded states are: California
Connecticut
Delaware
Florida
Idaho
Illinois
Indiana
Iowa
Louisiana
Maine
Maryland
Michigan
Montana
Nevada
New Jersey
New York
Oklahoma
Tennessee
Washington
Florida, Illinois, Maryland and Oklahoma are the surprises here. Players in those states can join most other sweepstakes casinos, but Wisespin isn’t one of them.
Our Experience Exploring the Wisespin Games Collection
Bonuses aren’t much use without games to play them on. Wisespin’s lobby holds more than 700 titles, nearly all of them slots, and over 380 of those sit in the New Releases section.
Popular Software Providers You Can Trust
Sixteen studios supply the Wisespin catalog, though a handful of them make up most of the lobby. These were the biggest names we came across:
BetSoft (138 games)
Onlyplay (124)
3 Oaks Gaming (89)
Fugaso (70)
BGaming (62)
Platipus (57)
Arrow’s Edge (47)
MrSlotty (44)
DragonGaming (28)
Kalamba Games is there too, with a smaller selection of five titles. The quality stays steady across the lobby, with sharp animations and plenty of bonus features from one slot to the next.
A Variety of Sweepstakes Slots to Explore
No two slots felt alike during our testing, thanks to the spread of themes and mechanics on offer. If you like classic-style games, try Striking Diamond or Inferno Fireballs, both made by Fugaso.
For modern 3D visuals, BetSoft is the studio to look at, and Triple Juicy Drops is a good first pick. Hold & Win fans should check out two spin-offs of The Tipsy Tourist: Beach Bonanza and Christmas Vacation.
Published RTP for Every Slot
Wisespin publishes a return-to-player (RTP) figure for each game in its catalog, which you don’t often see at sweepstakes sites. RTPs range from 90.14% to 97.75%, with an average of 94.27%.
In practice, that means two slots in the same lobby can pay back quite differently over time. If RTP matters to you, compare titles before spending your Sweeps Coins.
Mobile-friendly Gameplay on Every Slot
The design team responsible for the Wisespin website has done a great job of ensuring it’s compatible with any modern smartphone or tablet. This means you can log in, navigate the lobby, and play casino-style games from your mobile phone. This makes it possible to play whether relaxing at home, commuting to work, or waiting for an appointment.
We think the only thing that could have made the mobile experience better would have been a native app. That said, the majority of sweepstakes casinos don’t have iOS or Android apps, so Wisespin isn’t an unusual case.

How to Redeem Sweeps Coins Wins at Wisespin
Sweeps Coins won in promotional play can be redeemed for cash prizes once you meet Wisespin’s requirements. Here’s the process we followed:
Complete the ID verification process (proof of ID and address).
Play promotional Sweeps Coins at least once each.
Accumulate 100 or more redeemable Sweeps Coins from promotional play.
Select the Redeem button in the main menu.
Choose how many eligible Sweeps Coins you want to redeem (above 100).
Add your bank account information (cash prizes are processed via ACH).
Submit your first SC redemption request and wait 24 hours for a review.
If you’re redeeming a cash prize, know that Wisespin delivers cash prizes via ACH bank transfers. As a result, after the 24 hour review period, approved SC redemptions will arrive as cash prizes within 3 to 5 business days.
Redemption Limits Worth Knowing
Wisespin caps redemptions at $10,000 per day and reserves the right to charge handling fees on them. Also keep in mind that winnings from free Sweeps Coins top out at $300 in total, and coins not played through within 60 days are forfeited.
Payment Methods for Optional Gold Coin Purchases
Gold Coin purchases at Wisespin are card-only, with Visa and Mastercard accepted. More options would be nice, but both cards are widely used in the US, and you never have to buy coins to play.
Payments are processed by Coinflow. The Merchant of Record is Viralflux Labs Limited, a wholly owned Wisespin payment subsidiary based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
If you do buy coins, six bundles are available, priced from $1.99 to $99.99. They aren’t all equal in value, and the best deal we found was 75,000 Gold Coins for $9.99 with 25 free Sweeps Coins.

Climb the Wisespin Loyalty Ladder to Unlock Free Rewards
Another reason our Wisespin ratings are so high is thanks to a special loyalty program with six unique tiers. After creating our first account, we started receiving VIP points automatically whenever we played sweepstakes casino games. It took us 500 VIP points to unlock the first tier, and rewards included a level-up bonus and points multiplier.
Here are the VIP Points required for each tier:
🧠 Thinker
Thinker = 500 VIP Points
🧙 Philosopher
Philosopher = 1,500 VIP Points
👨🏫 Mentor
Mentor = 5,000 VIP Points
🗺️ Guide
Guide = 15,000 VIP Points
🧙♂️ Wizard
Wizard = 40,000 VIP Points
💡 Genius
Genius = 75,000 VIP Points
The deeper you go within this loyalty program, the better the rewards. Some of the most notable unlocks include a 5% rakeback on SC, access to daily rewards and missions, premium stores, exclusive games, and VIP-only tournaments.
Final Verdict: Just How Good Is Wisespin for Sweepstakes Casino Gaming?
Wisespin turned out better than we expected. The lobby has more than 700 games from 16 studios, it plays well on mobile, and the daily free Sweeps Coin through AMOE is a nice bonus for regular visitors.
Published RTP on every game makes comparing slots easier too. The drawbacks are the 19 excluded states and the $300 cap on free SC winnings, so check both before signing up.
