The FreeSpin bonus you get after registration comes in two parts. First of all, you are given a sign-up bonus, consisting of Gold Coins and Free Spins. Next, there’s an optional bonus on your first bundle of Gold Coins.
Pretty generous, right? Well, that’s not all you can enjoy at FreeSpin. There are plenty of ongoing promotions on the horizon. What makes FreeSpin different is that most bonuses get updated regularly, so you never know what you will find on your next return. Want to learn more? Come with us as we reveal everything you need.

FreeSpin Sign-up Offers: What You Will Get for Creating an Account
Sign up and get your welcome bonus
Easily sign up for FreeSpin on any device
Welcome bonuses are designed to give you the chance to test the waters and find your groove. After all, how else are you going to know whether or not a sweepstakes casino is for you? This is why we recommend checking out our full
FreeSpin review, giving you a solid idea of the entire gaming experience. The FreeSpin bonus allows you to play your choice of casino-style games before committing any further.
The welcome package will give you an initial registration bonus and a one-time discount on your first bundle of Gold Coins – the latter is 100% optional, of course. The sign-up bonus gave us 200,000 Gold Coins and 200 Free Spins for the Gorilla slot. To test the bonus, we used our Gold Coins to play a string of popular games, including King of the Sky, Starlight Travellers, and Dragons Might.
After picking up the initial bonus, we were given a one-hour countdown to collect a special discount on Gold Coin packages. In addition to this, there were two other packages to choose from, which either gave a discount or extra free Sweeps Coins:
Bundle
Cost
Bonus
200K GC + 20 free SC
$8
150% extra
200K GC + 20 free SC
$10
100% extra
750K GC + 75 free SC
$50
25 extra SC
You might be wondering why there are two of the same packages, but with a different cost. Don’t worry, we had the same question back then, but it was quickly cleared up. Essentially, the $8 price for the 200K GC package is a time-sensitive deal. This offer is only available for the first hour, and your first login triggers the countdown timer. Getting in there fast means you can get $2 off the package, giving you the equivalent of an extra 50% compared with the $10 bundle.

Activate the FreeSpin Welcome Offers in a Few Easy Steps
FreeSpin does things a little differently, as the sign-up bonus has to be accepted in the Coin Store. Despite this being the case, you do not need to purchase any Gold Coins to trigger the sign-up bonus. While you are there, you will get the chance to look at the optional first GC purchase bonus, too. Here’s a step-by-step guide based on what we did to get up and running:
Tap on the promotional banners to launch the FreeSpin website
Click the ‘Sign Up’ button
Create a username and password
Enter your email, country, and state
Type in a few details, including your name, date of birth, and number
Verify your email address
Click the pop-up message to go to the Coin Store

Quick Questions About the FreeSpin Promotions for New Players
Now that you know all about the welcome bonuses, it’s the perfect time to dial in on any questions that you may have. As we were learning about the bonuses, we picked up a few things that many newcomers need clarification on. So, here are a few questions that we heard along the way:
Do I Need a FreeSpin Bonus Code?
You do not need a FreeSpin promo code to activate any part of the welcome deals. We didn’t encounter any codes being required for any promo, for new or existing players, but that doesn’t mean that codes are completely off the table for future offers.
I Didn’t Receive My Sign-up Bonus. What Happens Next?
Your welcome bonus isn’t automatically credited to your account, like some other sweepstakes casinos. Instead, you will need to visit the Coin Store. You can either follow the pop-up message that appears when you log in for the first time, or you can tap the Coin Store button. From here, you will need to claim the bonus manually.
How Does the FreeSpin Deposit Bonus Work?
You will not find a FreeSpin deposit offer anywhere, as they don’t exist at sweepstakes casinos. Much like a FreeSpin no-deposit bonus doesn’t, either. Instead, all promotions are either no-purchase or purchase bonuses, which indicate whether or not you need to buy a bundle of Gold Coins.
Is the FreeSpin Bonus for US Players?
Yes, it is. FreeSpin is only available to players who are physically present in the USA, so it’s a US-exclusive free-to-play gaming site.

Discover exciting promotions at FreeSpin
Invite friends and get rewarded
The sign-up bonus is pretty hefty, but it can run out soon. You are going to need to top up your balance along the way if you want to continue playing casino-style games. Don’t worry, FreeSpin has your back and releases a fresh line-up of promos all the time. You will soon notice that some bonuses are removed or changed to make way for a fresh batch, on a rotation basis.
Here’s what we found during our visits, so you can get a solid idea of what might come up during your sessions:
Daily Missions
When available, these are fun challenges and tasks that add another level of excitement to your gaming. Not only will you enjoy playing your favorite games, but you can work towards a few little tasks along the way, in exchange for free Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins, and more.
Tournaments
Compete with other like-minded players as you play games in various tournaments. Tournaments aren’t available every week, but when they drop, you can expect themed tournaments, such as slots by specific software providers. As you play these games, you will collect points to move up the ranks on the leaderboard. The top participants will then receive an award in Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.
Token Hunt
Another challenge is the Token Hunt, where you will search for Tokens on the site. As you collect Tokens, you will receive exclusive perks. All you need to do is head to the designated page to find out where to start the hunt when the promotional period begins.
Referral Program
Every time you share your referral link and encourage someone to open an account, you will receive an instant reward of 5 Free Spins for Starlight Travellers. If your friend goes on to purchase $10+ worth of Gold Coins, you will get another bonus of 50,000 Gold Coins and 100 Free Spins for Starlight Travellers. Your friend isn’t left out in the cold either, as they will receive the standard welcome bonus.
This program works a little differently from other referral programs, especially with tiers that resemble a loyalty program. While you won’t get perks for moving through the ranks, you will get recognized:

Tips: Maximize Your Gameplay
We want you to get the most out of your bonus and gaming, so we spent a lot of time getting to know the promotion and how the site works. Here are a few tips that we found, which could improve things for you:
🔍 Look at the RTP and volatility
Both RTP and volatility play a role in the size of your potential win. For instance, high RTP slots give you a higher chance theoretically, over the long term. If you want a good balance between the size and frequency of wins, then games with medium RTPs are ideal. While these don’t guarantee that you will win, they give you a good indication of what you could stand to win.
🎰 Use your Free Spins first
We loved getting to know the Gorilla slot and found that it worked best to use the Free Spins first. It allowed us to try the slot to see if it’s a title we got on with, so we could use our Gold Coins to spin further, if we wished.
💰 Think about your first GC bundle
You only have an hour to grab the 150% extra on your first Gold Coin package. Of course, we wouldn’t suggest that you claim this bonus if it doesn’t align with your gaming style, but it’s certainly something to think about if you are interested, because once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Conclusion: Sign Up to Get a One-off FreeSpin Bonus
As you can see, FreeSpin gives you a warm welcome with a special bonus only for new arrivals. You will receive 200,000 Gold Coins and 200 Free Spins, with the latter exclusively for the Gorilla slot. You can explore the full range of games with the 200K Gold Coins, either finding your old favorites or exploring something new. You can then try out the Gorilla slot for size, which is a popular slot on the site.
From here on out, you will find a constant stream of bonuses to claim. The promotions page never stays the same for long, which we loved about FreeSpin. For instance, while some of the promotions we mentioned on this page might not be available when you sign up, they will return at some stage. If FreeSpin sounds like the place for you, we highly recommend the welcome package.
To get signed up, all you need to do is follow the on-page links and create a new account. Then, head to the Coin Store, where you will find the special offers that we listed on this page.

FreeSpin Promo Code FAQs
You don’t need a promo code for the welcome bonus, so don’t worry about that. We didn’t find any promo codes for the recurring offers, either, but that’s not to say they won’t be available in the future. Check out the promotions page, where you will find all the details you need for the latest bonuses.
When it comes to using your bonus, this comes down to which part you are playing with. The Gold Coins don’t have any limitations on them, so you can play any of the available games. However, the 200 Free Spins must be used on the Gorilla slot and will not be available to use on any other slot game.
No, the welcome bonus doesn’t include free Sweeps Coins, which may be a little disappointing for some players. There will be plenty of opportunities to claim Sweeps Coins in due course, through the consistent ongoing promotions.
