Cashoomo is the latest sweepstakes casino we have visited to see if it lives up to expectations. After hearing a lot of great things, we wanted to test the waters in this Cashoomo review ourselves.

When you create an account at Cashoomo, there’s a multi-layered bonus waiting for you. First of all, you will get 1,000 Gold Coins (GC) for just signing up – and you don’t need to use a
Cashoomo promo code. Then, you will get even more Gold Coins as you work your way through the initial steps. By the end, there will be 4,000 GC and 3 Keys waiting on your account, provided that you complete the required steps. You can use your Keys to unlock chests that hold surprise rewards on the site.
Here’s a full breakdown of the welcome bonus:
Create an account
– 1,000 GC
Verify Email
– 1,000 GC
Accept Notifications
– 1,000 GC
Complete Profile
– 1,000 GC + 3 Keys
As you can see, there aren’t any Sweeps Coins (SC) in the welcome bonus. While it’s a little disappointing, you don’t have to wait long for your first batch of SC. This will come in your daily login bonus, which gives you another 1,000 GC and 0.25 SC.

Vibrant Website That’s Easy to Use for All Players
Cashoomo is designed with everyone in mind. It’s engaging for seasoned players, while keeping the design super easy for beginners to navigate. For starters, the sidebar contains practically everything you will need. Here, you will find the Favorites tab, full list of promotions, your recently played games, the main game categories, and even a full explanation of how Cashoomo works.
With the essential sections all kept within the sidebar, there are more in-depth game categories across the middle. This is where you can find the full range of slot types and seasonal game categories, for instance. If you know exactly what title you are looking for, the search bar comes in handy. Plus, you can even filter games by software providers, too.
Just as we did in our
Wisespin review, we checked for an app. While we didn’t find a mobile app, we did find out in this Cashoomo Casino review that the website works on all devices. When we tested it on a mobile, it worked perfectly. As it’s been built using HTML5 technology, the design adapts to smaller screens instantly.
Since Cashoomo is a sweepstakes casino, you can buy bundles of Gold Coins. It’s entirely optional, but if you do decide to buy some Gold Coins, you can use secure banking options like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The list might be relatively small, but these are methods that most US players tend to use and, therefore, will be familiar with. Ideally, we would like to see the arrival of additional payment methods, especially e-wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When it comes to redeeming prizes, you will need to collect eligible SC. You can only redeem SC winnings, so your SC bonuses must be played through at least once first. You will then need to collect a minimum of 100 SC to qualify for a cash prize redemption. Your cash prize will be sent directly to your bank using a bank transfer, which is one of the most secure methods around.

24/7 Support Is Available at Cashoomo
Customer support is essential, which is why we make sure to test out all support channels in our reviews. If you checked out our recent
WinBonanza Casino review, you will know that we leave no stone unturned. So, it was about time that we did the same in the middle of this Cashoomo review. The first thing we noticed is that the live chat is available around the clock. You’re initially connected with the AI Assistant, but you can request to speak with a real human. Once we were connected with a real live agent, our questions were dealt with promptly.
Alternatively, you can send an email to the team or fill out the ticket request on the website. Either way, you will get an email response back within a few hours or so. While we advise that replies can take up to 24 hours, it doesn’t tend to take quite that long. In our experience, you can expect a reply within 4 hours or so.
If you prefer to speak with a real human on the phone, Cashoomo has your back with a dedicated phone line. Unlike other sweepstakes casinos, this line isn’t just dedicated to payment-related queries. Instead, you can call about absolutely any question you may have about the site and its features.
It’s also worth pointing out that there’s an in-depth FAQ page covering a wide range of topics, including bonuses, games, security, and account management. So, if you have a question, it might be worth heading here in the first instance.

We Didn’t Pick Up on Any Red Flags in Our Cashoomo Casino Review
Cashoomo takes your security seriously, which is why our ratings have been so positive. As it’s a free-to-play sweepstakes casino, it doesn’t need to have a license to operate, but it does comply with US sweepstakes rules. To start with, it has a strict approach to verification checks and requires all players to complete a KYC check. This will confirm your identity, age, and location to make sure that you are an eligible player.
When it comes to your safety, you are protected by SSL encryption software. This works by scrambling your sensitive data as it’s being entered into the site to prevent hacking. Speaking of safety, Cashoomo gives you all the tools you need to stay in total control. By tapping on your profile icon, you can view your full transaction history, how many game rounds you have played, and even track the date and time of your sessions. This allows you to track how much time you are spending, either during specific timeframes or the entire lifetime of your account, which goes one step further than what we found in our
Turbostakes review.
VIP Vault – Unlock Exclusive Perks by Interacting with the Site
All players are eligible to join the VIP program, otherwise named as the VIP Vault. That said, you won’t gain immediate access to the Bronze level, as this only comes when you have completed your profile. Given that you need to do this to unlock part of the welcome bonus, the chances are you would have already done this. That said, it’s worth pointing out that there’s even more reason to tick this step off your list.
The rules of progressing through the VIP Vault are simple. Every time you play games, win rounds, purchase GC packages, and claim rewards, your Vault treasure will grow. As your treasure builds, your Vault sections will unlock and give you exclusive perks and elite features. However, to unlock the Silver level, you must buy your first bundle of GC. Further levels are then unlocked through gameplay, claiming rewards, winning games, and GC packages.
To give you some sort of comparison, here’s what you can expect from the first two levels and the final level:

Conclusion: Cashoomo Caters to All Types of Players
Cashoomo is a great all-rounder, offering thousands of slots, instant games, and a live dealer section. While you work towards unlocking the games in the VIP Vault, by the time you have reached the Gold level, you will have unrestricted access to the entire gaming library, so it’s not too far away. To help you get started, there’s a welcome bonus of 4,000 Gold Coins and 3 Keys waiting for you, with the latter being required to unlock VIP Vault sections.
There is still a little room for improvement regarding the payment methods, but Cashoomo gets top marks from us. After spending a great deal of time on the site, we can recommend it to players of all shapes and sizes. Just keep in mind that you will only have access to slots until you reach the Silver tier, which will be unlocked after your first package of Gold Coins.
If you like the sound of Cashoomo, all that’s left for you to do is click the promotional banners on this page to get your account up and running.

Cashoomo Review FAQs
You can’t play games to win real money at Cashoomo, just as we also explained in our
CrazyCoins Casino review. This is because of the free-to-play model, where you can play games for fun using GC, while potentially being able to redeem prizes with SC winnings. There’s no real-money winnings here, but you can redeem eligible SC for cash prizes.
Cashoomo doesn’t have a dedicated promotions page, but the available bonuses are shared in the rolling banners and within the sidebar. As soon as you land on your account, you can see all the rewards without much effort at all.
No, there isn’t a mobile app available, but the site is fully responsive on mobile devices. Whether you are visiting from a desktop PC, smartphone, or tablet, you shouldn’t encounter any issues.
