Upon review, Amazon Jackpots is a new US sweepstakes casino with plenty to explore. You can enjoy fishing arcade games, hundreds of slots, and exciting live game shows, making it easy to find something fun to play whether you’re new or an experienced player.
In the Amazon Jackpots review below, we will not only explore the game library, but we’ll check the legitimacy of the brand and make sure it has things like security and support in place. We’ll also review its promotions and usability, and give our opinions on whether we think it’s a top contender or not.

Similar to our
Mojogo review, we will start with a look at the site’s basic features to make sure it’s a legitimate US sweepstakes casino. This includes things like its regulatory compliance and virtual currency setup.
Regulatory Compliance
From our testing, we are confident this sweepstakes casino is legit and follows US regulations. You cannot make real money deposits here, and you can only ever play the games using your virtual currency balance. While the daily login bonus could be more rewarding, Amazon Jackpots also meets the no purchase necessary requirement by offering alternative ways to get more virtual currency, including a mail-in bonus.
Customer Support
Unlike the diverse options we saw in our
Spinly review, Amazon Jackpots only offers FAQs support. We are not sure if this is an oversight or not, but we couldn’t find anything like email support or a live chat. The FAQs section explains how the site works, what the virtual currencies are, plus other important features and processes. However, there really needs to be at least one actual contact method added.

Virtual Currencies
Amazon Jackpots uses Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) as its two virtual currencies. These are what you can potentially get from the range of promotions they offer, and have the following function:
Gold Coins:
play in GC mode and potentially get GC prizes. They cannot be redeemed or swapped for SC.
Sweeps Coins:
play in SC mode for the chance of getting SC prizes. SC might be redeemable for cash prizes.
Gold Coins are also available for purchase from the optional Gold Coin store. We tested the purchase process and were able to use a small selection of purchase methods including Visa, MasterCard, and Online Banking. The GC packages start from $10.00
To redeem SC for cash prizes, you’ll need a minimum balance of 100 SC, a completed profile, verified identity, and any bonus SC must be played through once. During our review, online banking was the only redemption method available for SC cash prize requests.

Security and Transparency
For security, Amazon Jackpots uses SSL encryption, and during our review, the site had an active SSL certificate issued by Let’s Encrypt. We also found that players must complete a thorough verification process before making Gold Coin purchases, redeeming Sweeps Coins for cash prizes, or accessing certain promotional features. In addition, the site provides key player protection documents, including a Responsible Social Gaming page, Privacy Policy, and Official Sweepstakes Rules.
Assessing the Usability of the Amazon Jackpots Website
Our
Regal Coins Casino review
showed a site with a strong theme and great usability. Amazon jackpots has the latter, but we think the theme is quite weak. There is a logo that shows various wild animals, but other than that, the theme is generic and doesn’t really play into the Amazon and jungle style.
This isn’t a major concern though, because the actual usability of both the desktop website and mobile-responsive browser versions are great. There’s a simple primary navigation on the left-hand side, you can easily manage your profile and virtual currencies, and the site is technically sound too.
The game library is fully searchable, and there are individual pages for the different game developers, so you can quickly find the games you want to play. Lastly, although there isn’t a downloadable mobile app, the responsive browser version works just as good as the main desktop site, and the games we tested were all mobile-optimized with solid touchscreen controls.

Gaming at Amazon Jackpots– Does It Offer Good Entertainment?
With our
Chip’n Win review, we spent a lot of time assessing the games, and we’ve done the same here. Overall, Amazon Jackpots has a diverse game collection that we think will appeal to everyone. It’s not complete by any means, and there are some notable developers missing, but standout points include the video slot variety, and the live game shows from 155.io.
Games Are Provided by Reputable Developers
The first thing we did was check out the software producers who supply the games, and we found the following familiar names:
🎮 Playson
🎮 Betsoft
🎮 3 Oaks Gaming
🎮 TaDa Gaming
🎮 155.io
🎮 BGaming
🎮 Big Time Gaming
🎮 Fantasma
🎮 Habanero
🎮 Jili
🎮 NetEnt
🎮 KA Gaming
🎮 Nolimit City
🎮 3 Oaks Gaming
These are all developers we have worked with before, and some top picks include NolimitCity for its adult-themed slot games, and Playson and 3 Oaks Gaming for their retro Hold and Win slots. Despite this, there is room for improvement, and we would like to see names like Shady Lady added.
They Cover Most of the Expected Game Categories
For gaming variety, Amazon Jackpots has most of the main genres we expect to see at sweepstakes casinos, including:
Video slots
Hold and Win slots
Megaways slots
Fishing arcade shooter games
Live game shows
Slots make up the majority of the library, and we were impressed with the collection they have from Nolimit City which includes adult satirical games like Duck Hunters, Seamen, The Rave, and Land of the Free, Home of the Wild.
The one thing we did notice was that they do not currently have any table games – neither single player or live dealer. We hope they add these in the future, as there’s currently no blackjack or roulette to play.
We Enjoyed the Live Games from 155.io
The live dealer collection at Amazon Jackpots is currently provided by 155.io which is a developer known for its fun and creative live game shows. These include Duck Racing, Stairpong, and three different marble race games – Rolling Dunes, Snake, and Marble Plinko. These games are a refreshing change from the usual Big Wheel live dealer games, and we also enjoyed trying out the unique CCTV Games Rush Hour and Snow Run.
Promotions at Amazon Jackpots– How Easy Is It to Get Virtual Currencies?
We have created a separate
Amazon Jackpots promo code
review, but for this guide, we will quickly discuss the signup offer, and summarize the bonuses and features for existing customers.
Amazon Jackpots Welcome Package
When we completed the Amazon Jackpots signup process and logged in for the first time, we got the following:
3,000 GC no purchase bonus
Optional GC first purchase bonus
For context, we expect the no purchase bonus to give around 7,500 GC and 2 SC, so this does fall short as you do not get any initial SC. The optional GC first purchase bonus is a little more complex than other social casinos too. If you purchase it, you actually unlock a host of other features, which we’ve detailed below:
$20.00 for 112,000 GC, plus after the GC purchase, get 65 bonus SC
8 days of welcome prizes
A power boost
Daily bonus
Welcome Wheel prize spins with every GC purchase
VIP stars
The initial discounted GC package itself is good value, and it equates to over a 200% bonus. You then gain access to all the other features mentioned. This is great, but we do not like that it’s essentially putting pressure to make an initial purchase, otherwise the welcome bonus you get is below-average.
If you do intend on making GC purchases though, this welcome bundle is the logical starting point and it does give good value and entertainment potential.

Other Bonuses and Promotions
After the welcome bonus, we found a selection of other promotional features, including:

Star store
Game tournaments
Power Rankings
Daily login bonus
Mail-in bonus.
There is a lot to take in, and whenever we used our Amazon Jackpots login, we felt like there was something to get involved in, or some other promotion or feature to unlock. The operator does a great job of keeping customers engaged and it’s up there with the top sites when it comes to existing player promotions.

Conclusion – Amazon Jackpots Gets Off to a Good Start
That’s our Amazon Jackpots review completed, and we think this US sweepstakes casino has strong potential. It has a solid foundation and all of the basic features we expect from this type of site. This includes great security, regulatory compliance, a simple virtual currency system, plenty of entertaining games, and a diverse selection of promotions.
The customer support needs improving though, and we want to see the welcome bonus improved. The game library could also benefit from some table games. We expect these features to be added/improved over time though, and right now we recommend the brand.
