We began our Ace review by examining the welcome offer this online gaming site provided. Sweepstakes casinos are not real money gaming sites, and you get to play all the games available using two virtual currencies, such as Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. These two virtual currencies work similarly to what you would expect if you have played at other sweepstakes casinos. Gold Coins are used solely for entertainment, allowing you to play all available casino-style games. Sweeps Coins, on the other hand, are also used to play games, but they can be redeemed for real prizes after you have met a few conditions.
New players at Ace will receive 7,500 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins without needing an
Ace promo code, which is the best way to see what the social casino is all about, as you will have the freedom to explore their huge collection of slot games, from cascading reels to Megaways, jackpots, and more.
The second part of the welcome offer is a first Gold Coin purchase deal that rewards you 50,000 Gold Coins along with 25 free Sweeps Coins for $9.99. This also lets you access the live chat feature and some exclusive GC games available. However, we must mention that you are not mandated to spend at all to play at sweepstakes casinos like Ace. But if you want a bigger virtual currency balance, you can go for it.
There are more bonuses to claim, and we will cover them in a later part of this Ace review.
Ace Reviews of Its User Experience: Is It Easy to Use?
The Ace website starts with great aesthetics, and it is easy to use. Categories such as discover, recommended games, favorites, and social casino games are well-listed on the left, while the main lobby highlights jackpots, wins from other players in real time, and featured promotions without clutter.
Game filters are available if you have a specific title in mind, and game categories like Popular, Classic, Hold and Win, and Megaways help you find the titles you want easily. The search bar also works smoothly when looking for specific games or providers. The Gold Coin store, virtual currency balance, and Sweeps Coins redemption tabs are all available at the top of the screen, so you never need to leave the lobby.
Ace App – Quick, Web-based Access on Mobile
There is no separate Ace app available in the App Store or Google Play Store, but you can install it as a web app directly from your mobile browser. This feature saves you from having to type in the URL each time you want to log in and play.
It is a detailed process that only takes a few seconds. On Android, open Ace in Chrome, tap the three dots at the top right, and choose to install the app. If you are using an iPhone, open Ace in Safari, tap the share button at the bottom of your screen, and select Add to Home Screen. In both cases, the app installs in seconds and places a shortcut icon on your device for quick access.

Customer Support at Ace Is Reliable
The customer support options are another positive aspect of this Ace review. Players have several channels available, including a detailed help center, phone support for redemption-related issues, and a contact form. The help center is accessible from the left-hand menu and includes a wide range of FAQs across various categories, such as account, verification, and technical issues.
If your issue requires an attachment or is not addressed in the help center, you can reach out through the contact form. Replies are usually sent to your email within a few hours, but we have received responses in under an hour several times. You will also find an option for 24/7 live chat, but you can only access this feature after you make an optional Gold Coin bundle purchase.
However, the contact form and help center are both great, and you will enjoy a super high level of fast and efficient help even without using live chat.
Additional Promotions and Bonuses at Ace Social Casino
Ace’s welcome bonus is good, but the fun does not end there. Choosing to play in Ace, or any other top-notch sweepstakes casino, will enable you to partake in various promotions that can add to your Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins balance. These bonuses do not require entering any
Ace no-deposit bonus codes, especially since real money gaming is not allowed at sweepstakes casinos.
We did not find a VIP or loyalty program during this Ace review, but that is not surprising, as features like this often get included later. Here are some other bonuses you can claim:
Daily Login Bonus
The Ace login bonus comes as a daily wheel with values from 450 Gold Coins and 0.25 Sweeps Coins to 2,000 Gold Coins and 0.25 Sweeps Coins. This is the most important bonus to keep in mind, especially since it can be claimed every day you sign in, as long as it has been 24 hours since you received the last one.
Referral Bonus
Not every new sweepstakes casino comes with this bonus figured out, but Ace does. Referring Ace to a friend and having them sign up can get you up to 200,000 Gold Coins and 100 Sweeps Coins if qualifying Gold Coin purchases worth $25 or more are made. Here is what you can claim from this offer:
Level
Gold Coins reward
Sweeps Coins reward
Level 1
100,000
50
Level 2
200,000
100
Ace Jackpot Promo
Ace also has a jackpot promotion for both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. By opting into eligible slots with Sweeps Coins or Gold Coins, you can take a shot at four jackpot prizes that grow as more players take part – mini, minor, major, and grand jackpots. At the time of this Ace review, the jackpots stood at 604,126,946 Gold Coins for GC Grand and 105,360.54 Sweeps Coins for the grand SC jackpot.
Mail-in Request
All sweepstakes casinos are mandated to provide a way you can get more Sweeps Coins by sending a handwritten mail; Ace follows the same procedures. You can get four Sweeps Coins with every request you send. But you must generate a code from your account section must be included in your request, and follow the sweepstakes casino’s instructions carefully to be eligible.
Is Ace Legit and Safe?
Yes, it is! Ace Casino was launched by Full Stop Limited in July 2025, and it is already on track to become one of the leading operators in the industry.
It follows the sweepstakes model, uses SSL encryption, and sources its games from reputable developers to ensure fair play. Ace Social Casino is available in most US states to players aged 21 or older, with the exceptions of Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington, Vermont, and West Virginia.
There is also a suite of responsible gaming tools in the Player Trust & Safety section of your account. Here you will find links to support groups and tools that can help you stay in control of your gaming habits if you ever feel you are going overboard.
Payments at Ace Casino Are Secure
Gold Coin purchases are not required to play at this sweepstakes casino. However, these voluntary payments can provide a good way to increase your virtual currency account balance. The payment methods available at Ace include Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. There is no processing fee attached, and your Gold Coins, along with any free Sweeps Coins, are added immediately. Even the lowest GC bundle of $1.99 for 10,000 Gold Coins gives you access to the live chat feature. Bundles range up to $99.99 for 200,000 Gold Coins with 100 free Sweeps Coins.
Sweeps Coin prize redemptions are also available, although you must complete the verification process first. This involves verifying your mobile number and submitting valid documents to confirm your identity and residential address. Gift card redemptions start from 10 SC and are usually processed to your registered email within 48 hours, while cash prizes require 75 SC and are processed to your bank account within three to five business days.
E-wallets and cryptocurrency are not available right now, but we will update this Ace review should they be added in the future.
What Social Casino Games Can You Play at Ace?
During our time at Ace, we found a game catalog of over 500 titles. All of these are slots, with subcategories like Hold and Win, Megaways, cascading reels, and classic reels.
There are no table games or live dealers, as mentioned in a few Ace reviews, but that did not affect our ratings for this new gaming site, as more titles are being added to the library each day.
Ace also partners with leading providers such as Netgaming, Betsoft, Octoplay, Kalamba, Playtech, and Thunderkick. This means you will enjoy high-quality games with engaging features and themes across all categories.
If you are new to sweepstakes gaming, you may be curious about a game to start with. To make things easier, here are the top five games we recommend trying first:
Coin Crusher by NetGaming
Magical Leprechaun Hold & Hit by Kalamba Games
Black Wolf Hold and Win by Boooming Games
Maya Sun by Evoplay
Supercharged Clovers by Habanero
These games come from different studios, and each offers a variety of styles, graphics, and mechanics, but they all deliver entertaining gameplay and fit well into Ace’s sweepstakes setup.

Ace Casino Is Starting Strong
Ace has only just entered the sweepstakes casino scene, but it already offers an impressive gaming experience. The sweepstakes casino makes a confident statement with its “Ace your play” motto, and from what we have seen, it backs that up. The catalog of 500 premium slots, sourced from developers like Betsoft, Kalamba, and Habanero, gives you lots of quality options.
The promotions we found are on par with those of more established brands, and Sweeps Coin redemptions are efficient with low minimum thresholds. We also found it to be incredibly easy to use across desktop and mobile, with no missing features or glitches. While there are currently no table games or live dealers, you will find one of the best slot catalogs in the US sweepstakes scene right at Ace.
