Yes, OG is a highly secure and reliable prediction market for US traders due to its strict federal oversight. Unlike unregulated offshore platforms, the OG prediction market operates legally within the United States.
It now operates independently following its separation from Crypto.com. Trading runs through North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (NADEX), its CFTC-regulated exchange and clearinghouse.
Robinhood also began rolling out selected football event contracts through OG’s infrastructure on September 8, 2026, extending its reach beyond the OG website and app. This regulatory framework ensures that all retail derivatives and prediction contracts are traded transparently under strict US financial compliance laws.
From a technical point of view, the platform implements industry-standard-level infrastructure to protect user funds and personal data. Access to CDNA is provisioned by OG.com, which uses SSL data encryption and offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA). These features protect account logins and financial transactions, giving the platform a strong reputation for safety within the US trading community.
Prediction Trading is facilitated through Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA). Foris DAX Inc. and Foris Inc. (d/b/a OG ) provide access to CDNA, a platform regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), allowing users to trade derivatives in accordance with CDNA’s rules and regulations.

Latest OG Prediction Markets News (Updated 10/19/2026)
OG’s Exchange Challenges Missouri Restrictions (October 16):
North American Derivatives Exchange, operating as OG.com Prediction Markets, filed a federal lawsuit against Missouri officials. It seeks to block enforcement of Missouri’s sports-wagering laws against its event contracts, adding another case to the dispute over federal and state oversight.
OG Announces CryptoStruct Integration (October 13):
OG partnered with CryptoStruct to expand access for professional and algorithmic traders. The planned integration will connect CryptoStruct’s clients to OG’s central order book, allowing them to trade its regulated event contracts through their existing trading software.
Robinhood Announces OG Contract Rollout (September 8):
Robinhood selected OG as an infrastructure and clearing partner for its prediction-market offering. The companies announced a phased rollout of OG-backed event contracts to eligible US customers beginning September 8, extending OG’s reach beyond its own website and app.
Which Prediction Markets Allow You to Buy and Sell Event Contracts?
You can sell contracts before settlement, but your order still needs a buyer. Check the available prices and liquidity before trading, particularly during live events when liquidity can be limited. An increase in the displayed contract price doesn’t guarantee you can sell your entire position at that price.
Sports prediction markets: Trade contracts based on the outcome of games, tournaments, player performances, and other sporting events.
Economic events trading: Predict financial and economic outcomes, such as inflation figures, interest rate decisions, employment data, and market movements.
Political prediction markets: Buy and sell contracts covering elections, political appointments, policy decisions, and other government-related events.
Culture events trading: Trade on outcomes linked to entertainment, awards, celebrities, television, music, and wider cultural trends.
Climate predictions: Take positions on weather and climate-related outcomes, including temperatures, storms, rainfall, and environmental events.
Our hands-on OG review reveals that these diverse categories give you an incredible amount of portfolio flexibility. You can trade directly on real-world data points, like predicting the next Fed rate decision or tracking upcoming movie award winners.
Because everything runs via CDNA’s CFTC-regulated derivatives exchange, you get highly stable liquidity pools. This means you can easily buy contracts at low entry prices or execute a quick, early cash-out the moment a market trends in your favor.
Can You Choose Your Trading Price on OG?
Yes. OG supports limit orders, which let you set the highest price you’ll pay to buy a contract or the lowest price you’ll accept to sell it. This gives you control over the execution price, although your order may fill partially or remain unfilled.
For example, if you want to buy a contract for no more than 55¢, you can submit a buy limit at that price. The order needs a matching seller before it can execute. Check its status before assuming you’ve opened a position, and include applicable fees when calculating your potential return.
Sports Offers by Far the Most Extensive Coverage at OG
Sports has by far the largest selection of prediction markets at OG, covering football, basketball, soccer, hockey, and tennis events. Importantly, this isn’t limited to professional sports; you can also find plenty of college sports markets available.
There are also several market types for sports, unlike non-sports markets, which focus entirely on future outcomes. These markets still follow the platform’s standard event-contract structure and don’t function the same way as traditional sports wagering.

Are OG Prediction Markets Available to Everyone in the US?
OG is a CFTC-regulated prediction market available to residents across the vast majority of US states, provided you’re at least 18 years old. That said, access isn’t universal, so be sure to check your state’s eligibility before signing up.
OG supports New York customers following its June 2026 launch, although individual markets remain subject to location restrictions. Traders in Nevada, Ohio, Michigan, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Illinois, on the other hand, can still use the platform, but sports event contracts specifically aren’t available in these seven states due to local regulatory restrictions.
However, you’re still free to trade politics, economics, culture, and other prediction market categories from any of these locations without issue.
Current OG New User Bonus
Eligible new customers can receive up to $10 in rewards through OG’s welcome offer. Start by verifying your account, then open the Promos section to check whether the offer is available to you.
To qualify, you’ll need to complete one trade worth at least $10 using your own funds. That trade must settle within seven days of account verification, so keep the deadline in mind when choosing your market. Simply placing the trade within those seven days won’t complete the requirement.
Your chosen contract must also have a probability below 80%. For example, a contract showing 75% meets this condition. Trades funded using promotional rewards don’t count toward the qualifying amount.
How to Deposit Into Your OG Account for the First Time?
We found it incredibly easy to make our first deposit. You’ve got an array of popular payment methods to choose from, including Plaid, Debit Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, and Wire/ACH Bank Transfers. We usually recommend Plaid as it’s the only fee-free, instant-deposit method. But the table below is useful for helping you choose the right payment for you:

How Are Withdrawals Handled at OG Prediction Markets?
Unfortunately, we didn’t find the same variety of accepted payment methods for processing withdrawal requests. Traders can withdraw through ACH Bank Transfer, while eligible customers outside New York can also use RTP transfers to participating banks for a 1.5% fee. To link your bank account with your OG account, you’ll need to use Plaid, which is simple enough, and there’s a text guide in the help center should you need additional support.
Fees and Limits for OG Withdrawals
OG does not charge any fees for withdrawal, making it an affordable destination for many
prediction market sites
traders. However, your bank may charge a separate fee; while this is unlikely, it’s still worth checking. Moreover, there are a few withdrawal limits to consider, including:
Minimum withdrawal:
$1 per transaction
Maximum daily withdrawal:
$100,000 or 5 times per day
Maximum monthly withdrawal:
$500,000 or 30 times per month
If you are approaching the daily or monthly limit, the withdrawal interface clearly displays this information, so you’ll know before submitting your request.
How Fast Are OG Withdrawals Processed?
Withdrawal times depend on the method selected. ACH withdrawals can take several business days, while eligible RTP withdrawals typically arrive within minutes.
Get the OG App for On-the-go Trading
Prediction markets can move quickly, especially as new information comes to the forefront, whether it’s a sports injury or new polling for political markets. In these situations, the OG app lets you react quickly, especially if you need to change positions.
It’s available on both Android and iOS through their respective app stores, and you can find a link to download the app on OG’s official website.
What we also liked about the app throughout this OG review was that it’s super easy to use. It’s built with mobile users as the sole focus, unlike the official website, so things feel ten times more responsive and streamlined. Not to forget, you also get access to push notifications, biometrics, and plenty more app-exclusive features.

The Importance of the Help Center at OG
The help center can be accessed at any time through a link in the website footer, and it’s one of the best tools for support. You won’t need to wait for agents to respond to you here. Instead, you’ll find over 37 written guides packed with screenshots and step-by-step instructions covering topics such as payments, onboarding, trading, account security, rewards, and more.
Live Chat for More Personalized and Tailored Support
The help center is a useful tool, but it won’t solve those more niche issues. That’s where live chat steps in to provide personalized and tailored support. Loading the interface initially presents you with a list of options that you can follow to help diagnose your issue before passing you on to a member of staff. We connected with several agents throughout this OG review and received a consistently high level of support. They always provided a solution, whether it was basic advice or automated fixes on the back-end.
Would We Recommend the OG Prediction Platform?
OG is definitely a prediction market site to watch, and US traders can securely try. It offers a huge variety of markets, including everything from sports and politics to economics, climate, culture, crypto, and more. But sports is its real specialty, so expect to see the biggest coverage in this category. And despite the huge selection of markets, the site and app are surprisingly easy to navigate.
You’ve also got a detailed help center with access to live chat at any time, plus a long list of deposit methods and fast withdrawals. You can click one of the banners on this page to be taken to the official site to sign up and make your first prediction with OG today.
OG Review FAQs
Every OG event contract is settling at exactly $1.00 if your prediction is correct and $0.00 if it is wrong. Your profit is the difference between your purchase price (ranging from $0.01 to $0.99) and the $1.00 settlement. For example, buying a “Yes” contract at $0.45 yields a $0.55 profit per share if the event occurs.
Yes. OG is a CFTC-regulated platform operated through Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA). CDNA is legally classified as a Designated Contract Market (DCM), ensuring federal oversight, transparent clearinghouse standards, and secure fund protection for US residents.
OG is available in most of the US, including New York following its June 2026 launch, with access depending on the market and location. Additionally, users in IL, MA, MD, MI, NJ, NV, and OH are prohibited from trading on sports-related contracts but maintain full access to economics, crypto, and political prediction markets.
Yes. OG allows you to sell your “Yes” or “No” contracts back to the market at any time before the event resolves. This allows traders to lock in profits if the contract price increases or cut losses if the probability of the outcome shifts, providing significantly more flexibility than a traditional sportsbook bet.
The most efficient method is Plaid, which offers instant, fee-free deposits. While deposits can also be made via debit cards and Apple/Google Pay, withdrawals are exclusively processed via ACH Bank Transfer. Most withdrawals clear within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
