It offers a few games shy of a hundred titles, and prioritizes quality over quantity by creating about one to two games each month. This game studio is licensed by several reputable bodies like the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission.

With over 90 slots available, it’s natural to want to know the best Thunderkick slots to start with. We’ve played the vast majority of this developer’s titles and can point you toward the ones that deliver a fantastic gaming experience. Here are the top 10 you could try during your next gaming session.
🎉 Esqueleto Explosivo 3 – Thunderkick’s Day of the Dead finale
Esqueleto Explosivo 3 is the last game in Thunderkick’s Day of the Dead trilogy, and it retains the same bony musicians, clusters, explosive avalanche mechanics, and explosivo Wilds. This slot plays on a 5×5 grid and there are no lines, so landing at least 5 matching symbols anywhere on the grid gives a win, which then triggers the cascading feature. Esqueleto Explosivo 3 has an RTP of 94.22%, and a high volatility.
Pink Elephants 2 is the sequel to Thunderkick’s original Pink Elephants slot. Instead of the Himalayas as the original, this game is set on mythical mountains with goats, portals, and pink elephants. It has 6 reels, 4 rows, an RTP of 96.13% and high volatility. If you land 3 or more Scatters, you’ll activate the bonus game, where you collect Elephant Orbs to upgrade the goat symbols into pink elephants which can give up to 10x your play amount.
👑 Midas Golden Touch – A King Midas slot with Wild multipliers
King Midas Golden Touch has reels filled with crowns, goblets, treasure chests, royal symbols, and the golden hand Wild. This Thunderkick slot plays on a 5×3 grid with 15 lines, 96.1% RTP, high volatility, and a maximum win potential of over 10,000x. As with most slots, you’ll have to land 3 or more matching symbols on consecutive reels from the left to get a win. The golden hand is the Wild here, and if a winning combination has one of these Wilds, you could get multipliers that range from 2x for one Wild to 32x for five Wilds.
🍏 Fruit Warp – A floating fruit slot by ThunderKick
Fruit Warp is a little different because instead of spinning reels, you’ll find 9 floating fruit symbols like cherries, oranges, bananas, grapes, dragon fruit, and lychee. The slot has a 97% RTP, which is one of the highest from this developer, but it also comes with a high volatility. One positive about this slot is that instead of lining symbols on the reels, you just need 3 or more matching fruit symbols anywhere on the screen to get a win. Five or more matching symbols drop at the same time sets of the Fruit Mode, where matching fruit symbols can deliver respins and move you along the Warp Meter for multipliers.
🥔 Hot Potato – A Thunderkick slot with Exploding Wilds
Hot Potato is a 7×7 Thunderkick slot with a New York theme, so you’ll find the reels lined with taxis, skyscrapers, fast food symbols, and an urban backdrop. With an RTP of 96.16% RTP and high volatility, you’ll need 5 or more matching symbols in a cluster to get a win. There’s the Avalanche mechanic that removes winning symbols so new ones can drop in. And the signature potato Wild can explode and free up a 3×3 area, leaving a Multiplier Grid behind. These multipliers start at 2x and can rise up to 128x your play amount.
⚔️ Sword of Khans – Mongol Empire slot with expanding symbols
The Mongol Empire has had a lot of interest from players, and now there’s a slot themed after it. This slot has Genghis Khan, mountain scenery, armour, shields, helmets, and the Sword of Khan symbol on the reels. It plays on a 5×3 grid with 10 winlines and a 95.36% RTP. This is below the usual 96% industry average, but there are enough bonus rounds to make up for it. Three or more Sword symbols activates the free spins round, where a random symbol can change to an expanding one. If that same symbol is picked again after a retrigger, it gets a multiplier of up to 3x your play amount.
🔥 Flame Busters – A retro firefighting slot with level-up free spins
Flame Busters is a retro 8-bit Thunderkick slot where Roasty McFry and his firefighting crew fight to put off fire in a burning building. It plays on a 5×3 grid with 243 ways to win, 96.1% RTP, and as always, a high volatility. The Fire Drill can be activated during the base round and when this happens, it turns up to 5 symbols into higher value symbols. Also, getting 3, 4, or 5 Alarm Bell Scatters will trigger 10, 15, or 20 free spins.
🎣 Big Fin Bay – Thunderkick’s fishing slot with expanding reels
Big Fin Bay is a fishing-themed Thunderkick slot with an engaging backdrop of a shoreline with seagulls and a golden marlin. It starts on a 6×5 grid with 5,040 ways to win, but this can go up to 117,649 ways during free spins. The slot has a 96.14% RTP and a high volatility too. The golden marlin is the Wild, and when it lands in a winning combination, it’ll expand across the reel to deliver another wild and a respin. The free spins round is triggered by landing 3 or more anchor Scatters.
💀 Esqueleto Explosivo 3 – Day of the Dead slot third installment
Esqueleto Explosivo is one of Thunderkick’s headline games. It retains the same Day of the Dead theme with skulls, flowers, and skeletons on the reels. This slot plays on a 5×5 layout with clusters, so you need 5 or more matching symbols horizontally or vertically to get a win. It has a 94.22% RTP and a max win potential of 7,500x your play amount. The Avalanche mechanic replaces winning combinations with new ones for more chances to land an in-game reward.
🐉 Beat the Beast: Dragon’s Wrath – A dragon slot with roaming Wilds
You may enjoy this slot if you love fiery slots with dragons, castles, mountains, swords, helmets, and rings. It plays on a classic 5×3 grid with 9 lines, 96.18% RTP, and a very high volatility. The Dragon symbol is the one to watch as it’s both the Wild and Scatter. It can substitute with other regular symbols and deliver a 2x multiplier. You’ll need three Dragon Emblems to trigger 3 free spins, where they become Roaming Wilds that move to near positions on the reels and can offer up to 50x your play amount.
Why Play at Thunderkick Casinos?
Thunderkick isn’t one of the biggest brands in the iGaming space, and that’s totally fine because this developer has created a niche for itself. Its games usually have unique themes and features that are different from what you might find with regular slots. This makes them perfect for players who want a more distinct gaming experience.
Another advantage of playing at Thunderkick casinos is that the games are available at both real money and sweepstakes casinos. So you have the flexibility to choose either option if they’re available in your state.
Do note that sweepstakes casinos like High 5 Casino and McLuck let you play all the Thunderkick slots with virtual currencies received through bonuses.
