online casinos
in Kentucky:
No Real-Money Online Casinos:
Kentucky state law does not license or authorize traditional online slots or table games, despite recently legalizing regulated online sports betting.
Sweepstakes Platforms as an Alternative:
Residents use sweepstakes casinos, which use a dual-currency system (with non-purchase entry options) to allow cash-prize redemptions while bypassing traditional gambling definitions.
Tightening Availability:
Due to Kentucky’s strict stance on unregulated gaming and tough state laws, several sweepstakes operators have begun limiting or withdrawing their services in the state.

Crown Coins Casino – World-class Games and Incredible Promos
If you want a high-quality all-round experience, then, in our expert opinion, you will struggle to beat Crown Coins Casino. Not only does the site boast a library containing around 700 free-to-play games from some of the biggest names in the industry (including Booming Games, Playson, and Ruby Play), but there is also a live dealer section featuring a small selection of fun game show-style titles.
Crown Coins Casino also hits the spot when it comes to regular promotions. Their generous welcome bonus is followed by an excellent first-purchase offer that gives you 100% extra Crown Coins (their version of Gold Coins) and
free SC
if you decide to purchase a CC package. We also love the Crown Coins Casino daily login bonus, which rewards you with 100,000 CC each week if you log in on seven consecutive days, as well as their unique Coinback Program that returns up to 6% of your CCs at the end of every week.
LoneStar Casino – Where Everyone Is a VIP
No
list of sweepstakes casinos
in Kentucky is complete without a mention of LoneStar Casino. Whilst pretty much all Kentucky sweeps casinos run VIP clubs and/or loyalty schemes, we are firmly of the opinion that the VIP Club at LoneStar Casino is the best on the market. The primary reason for this is that the LoneStar Casino VIP Club gives you points when you take part in daily promotions, as well as awards them every time you play a game. The upshot of this is that your VIP points balance will grow extremely rapidly, enabling you to collect free GC and SC, plus a host of other great rewards, on a regular basis.
We are also huge fans of the LoneStar Casino game collection, which contains over 500 sweeps slots, including high RTP games such as Fin & the Candy Spin and Mooncake Riches Hold and Win. Unfortunately, there are no live dealer titles, and the video table game selection is slightly on the thin side, but thanks to that incredible sweeps slot selection, you will never go short of great sweeps games to play.
Real Prize – Eyes on the Prize
Real Prize is the sister site of LoneStar Casino, so you won’t be surprised to learn that the site offers an equally impressive experience. There’s a superb VIP program, generous daily promotions, some outstanding purchase deals, and a vast collection of
sweepstakes slots
from many of the world’s top developers. In short, if you like the sound of LoneStar Casino, you should also give RealPrize a try.
Although (like many sweepstakes sites) RealPrize does not have a dedicated mobile app, it does have an exceptionally good mobile site, which we found to be as good as most traditional apps you’ll encounter. This mobile version of the RealPrize website is compatible with all major phones/tablets, and provides a seriously slick, rapid, and glitch-free mobile gaming experience.
SpeedSweeps – Games, Games, Games
No, that’s not a misprint in the above table; there really are 2,200 free-to-play games available at SpeedSweeps, a
new sweepstakes online casino
that is rapidly gaining in popularity across the United States. Not only does the SpeedSweeps game library deliver in terms of quantity, but it also excels when it comes to quality and variety. slot fans can get stuck into a truly mindblowing array of free-to-play titles that includes a variety of game types, including jackpot sweeps slots, Megaways, plus a huge selection of over 160 Hold And Win slots. There are even around 20 exclusive in-house games (such as Plinko and Dice) that give you a nice change of pace when you want something different.
We were also impressed by the unique Faucet feature at SpeedSweeps. If your GC balance ever drops to zero, the faucet turns on, and your account is replenished with a selection of free Gold Coins. In other words, you will never run out of free-play opportunities at the site. When you also factor in a daily bonus wheel, daily GC package boosts, a weekly coinback scheme, and an excellent VIP scheme, it is clear to see why so many players in Kentucky rate SpeedSweeps so highly.
MyPrize.US – Rapid Prize Redemptions
MyPrize.US is another KY sweepstakes casino that is swiftly growing an army of fans in the Bluegrass State. Since launching in May 2024, MyPrize.US has developed a superb suite of free-to-play games, plus a range of promotions that is among the very best in the state. Our favorite promo at MyPrize.US is the daily Bonus Wheel, which contains prizes of up to 100,000 GC and 2 free SC. In addition to getting a free daily spin of the wheel, all players at MyPrize.US will also collect 1,000 GC every 24 hours to help keep their account topped up.
Another big positive for MyPrize.US is that their redemption times are considerably faster than at many other sweepstakes casinos online in Kentucky. If you manage to get a minimum of 100 SC in your account, then you can exchange your balance for a cash prize. And whilst it takes most other sites around 3-5 working days to process your redemption requests, MyPrize.US aims to transfer your funds within 24 hours.

While sweepstakes casinos fall under a distinct regulatory framework, major operators (including Stake.us and Pulsz) have voluntarily left or restricted access in Kentucky. This exodus is primarily driven by Kentucky’s Loss Recovery Act (KRS 372.040), which lets players sue unregulated platforms for triple their losses, as well as recent legal enforcement by the Kentucky Attorney General against sweepstakes platforms.
