Accessibility: How Can Players Visit Rivalry Ontario?

We visited the official website to access the casino, and experimented with some screen sizes to see how it fared. The site offers a busy homepage with lots of details to share, so it looks fine on a computer or laptop screen. We also tested it on a smartphone and tablet, finding that the design changed slightly when accessing it via a mobile browser. However, the changes noted do not detract from how convenient it is to view this way – quite the opposite, in fact.

Is There an App for iOS or Android?

Unlike what we found when reviewing Power-Play, players at Rivalry using either device can download an app to access the casino that way if desired. We noted that the iOS app was launched back in 2023. It took a little longer to add an Android app to the collection, but that was resolved in 2025. So, it’s down to the individual player as to whether the browser-based version or the app version is best. Having tested all the possibilities, we can confirm they all perform well and provide players with an excellent road into the Rivalry Ontario offering.

Moving Around: How Easy Is It to Explore Rivalry Ontario?

The dark backdrop for the site looks good, making any coloured menu areas pop out for ease of identification. The main menu appears to the left on a bigger computer screen, and slides to the foot of the page when on a mobile device or smaller screen. Either way, reaching the most important areas is easy.

The casino landing page makes it clear that slots are the biggest area, although there are links to table games, live games, and some of the hottest and freshest titles to land on the site as well. Rivalry clearly wants to make its own mark, and does so with the inclusion of some unusual categories. Rather than offering categories on aliens and royal themes, for example, they’ve come up with quirkier names for those. For example, magical-themed games are listed under Big Wand Energy. It’s still easy to see which theme is on offer in each case, but it adds some style and individuality to the site.

Multiple smaller menus are tucked away at the bottom of the site, leading to all the most important info sections. Those give quick access where required, while keeping out of the way when players want to experience the site and its games. There’s been a lot of thought to the design, certainly, and as we settled in, we found it easy to reach whatever info we wanted.

Games, Providers, and Range: Does Rivalry Hit the Mark?

We can give a positive answer here, but that would lead to a small section, so let us extend that answer to give some more insight into what Rivalry Ontario provides. The following section provides details on the main attraction there, and that is the casino itself and how it is presented and compiled.

What Is the Game Availability and Variety Like?

We have already noted just a few game types, but those do not show the full collection on offer. For example, the famous Aviator game is present on the site, created by Spribe, but it does not appear in any of the regular categories. It was only by searching for it that we managed to find it. Thus, the search facility at the top of the casino is certainly worth having, as it can help source titles that might otherwise be missed. It also means looking around for a while is a good move for anyone visiting for the first time.

We found the Hot and New games area worthwhile, as it indicates which games are enjoyed by the most players at present. It also provides the latest game releases for players to explore. We did not note any labels applied to the games, so there is no quick way to find anything that’s new if we are inside another category. However, the slots and table game categories do lead to the majority of available titles on the site.

One other point worth noting here – and another reason why the lower menu areas are so helpful. When assessing the game availability, we spotted a category near the bottom of the site called Slots. Underneath that we found a handful of named games, and while some weren’t actually slot games, some of the big hitters did feature there. These included Starburst and Cleocatra (featuring cats in an Egyptian setting, of course), along with Gates of Olympus.

Live Casino Games Are Best Found Via the Main Casino Page

One other area we should note is the live games section. This provides a couple of dozen titles from Evolution, who seem to be the only providers in this area. That said, there is plenty of variety there. Some casinos only appear to offer the standard blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, but while players can find those options at this operator’s website, there are numerous other games to consider as well.

For example, the famous game shows are all there, and appear in their own category on the casino’s homepage. That is where we spotted Monopoly Live along with Lightning Dice and even Gonzo’s Treasure Map. That latter title uses the famous Gonzo character from the slot called Gonzo’s Quest, so it’s nice to see this available on the site as well. If you’re interested in comparing live game selections, our LeoVegas review offers insight into how other operators approach this area. While some competing operators can provide many more live games compared to Rivalry, the variety here is stunning when considering the smaller collection on offer.

Who Provides the Games on the Site?

This took a little more research, as we could not locate a list of logos or names to this effect. We decided to view all 1,148 available games when visiting to conduct some research for this article. In doing so, we spotted the names of some developers underneath the game titles. It didn’t take long to spot Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming among them, although we also found less well-known ones including Slotmill.

There were plenty of titles that did not give a name though, so players wanting to know who created certain titles might need to load them first. The creator’s name should be on the loading screen – we confirmed that for a few of the titles we loaded for this reason. Having spent days researching various sites for casino review purposes, we can say we still managed to find titles we’d never seen before, so it suggests some smaller studios rubbing shoulders with the big boys at this casino.

Does the Game Range Cater for All Players and Budgets?

Since there are more than 1,100 titles at present, with more on the way, this does suggest some good news in this respect. It’s not possible to find the betting range for any title without accessing it, no matter whether the player searches for a live game or a regular slot game. However, with this many titles to choose from, it becomes obvious that there will be something for all players and budgets.

Penny slots begin at the lowest end of the scale, and there are some basic fruit-filled slots to contend with in that area. However, many other slots with more than one line to cover, and those also confirm a penny bet per line if desired. Most games provide multiple coin options to choose from, and some offer a far higher maximum than others. Each player must consider their budget first, and then see how that can offer extended gameplay with a well-chosen slot or casino game. Fortunately, the collection is big enough to ensure there are options for almost everyone.

Our Suggestion: Using the Search Feature

When visiting sites with hundreds of games to choose from, it can become overwhelming to work out what to play. Fortunately, a search box has been added to the site, as we already noted. Searching for a specific title will reveal it if it is in the collection, but there is a chance that other games with similar titles might also appear. Thus, if a player has a preferred game to play, this could be a good method for finding something else that offers a similar theme or idea as well. It was a little sticky and slow to work at times, but overall it was a good service to have available.

3 Key Areas to Cover in Our Rivalry Review

Some reviews are more surface level than others, but we have put extensive work into ensuring would-be players can find all the most important information prior to visiting the site. We have therefore added some other areas to our Rivalry reviews that may not be as glamorous, but matter just as much to anyone considering signing up there – if not more so.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods to Consider

Whenever we create a new casino review, we always check whether the site in question has a page containing information about the available banking methods a player can use. We didn’t locate one for this operator, which sent us to try and find the next logical location – a help page or similar area. We found an FAQ section towards the bottom of the site, situated in the support menu topics. And this provided us with the relevant details we were looking for.

When we visited the payment section there, it included 10 articles. These were split into three areas, covering deposits, withdrawals, and a couple of general queries. The site doesn’t have many deposit methods available – just three, to date, in fact – but Visa and Mastercard land among them, along with Interac to specifically cater for Ontario players.

It was easy to determine the available withdrawal methods, as the site follows many other operators in requiring players to withdraw using the same method used to previously make deposits. It would be rare for a player to use an alternative method, according to the information given in this section.

How Many Customer Service Facilities Are There?

Well, we have already noted the presence of an FAQ area, so we will explore that further to begin with. There are several other areas aside from the payments one, including details about the website and how to use it, and account information. Plenty of common queries are asked – and answered – inside the account area, so we found that useful from the point of view of being a non-member to start with.

The main FAQ page – and indeed every page within that section – has a support email address at the bottom, so players can send emails there if they’re still unable to locate the details they require. That was the only contact method we could find details of there… but it is far from the only method available. There is a separate contact page in the same column the FAQs are in. This provides another link to the FAQs, along with the following options:

  • A postal address
  • Live chat access

We tested the live chat feature, which is available around the clock, before logging in. We were required to add an email address before posing our question. This is an AI facility, at least to begin with, but it is possible to get through to a human being if required. Finally, we were impressed to see a phone number and URL to reach gambling support if required. While they have a separate responsible gaming page available, having those details on the contact page as well makes smart sense.

Does the Site Have an Appropriate License?

First up, we should note that the site is owned by Rivalry Ontario Corp., which highlights the fact that it is only available in the province of Ontario. The small print at the bottom of their website also confirms that the site is registered and adheres to the Gaming Control Act, while following regulations of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. We noted no specific registration number, but players can find relevant details online to confirm the license status, and the license was originally granted in 2022. We also found address information for the company, which adds to the transparency on offer there. One final sign of this operator taking its responsibilities seriously is noted in the information on responsible gaming, with links to Connex Ontario among other places.

It’s Not Rivalry Canada, but Ontario Players Will Like What They See There

Rivalry Casino focuses on the Ontario market, and it certainly has a lot to share with keen players who live within the borders of that province. The accessible menu works well across all devices and platforms, so however players choose to visit, they’ll always be greeted with a format that ticks the user friendly requirement. It could do with a few more menu options, in our opinion, but once we’d looked around for a while, we found it much easier to find whatever game we fancied playing. Players can visit using the banners here, to hop across to the site and see what they make of it.
