LeoVegas said technological development is a key way of future-proofing the business’ customer experience and enabling further innovation in product, personalisation and payments.
The Warsaw hub will work in synergy with other developers in the group to develop LeoVegas’ proprietary platform, Rhino, in order to help the operator’s technology remain at the forefront of innovation.
The operator’s new hires will take place in addition to ongoing recruitment planned for its existing hubs across Europe.

LeoVegas added that it has a proven track-record in spearheading innovation, having been the first iGaming company to run a cloud-based platform on Google Cloud and among the first to launch payments through open banking solutions.
Its strong focus on technology is reflected in its workforce, it said, with one third of employees working in technology and product development.
LeoVegas’ 2021 financial results showed the operator had been able to match its performance in 2020 despite significant regulatory challenges in the German market and its withdrawal from the Netherlands.
Earlier this month, LeoVegas was confirmed as one of several licensees approved for launch in Ontario’s legalised iGaming market from 4 April.
