Sportingtech boasted the most impressive stand at ICE this year, according to the NEXT.io WhatsApp community group.

The sports betting technology supplier fought off stiff competition, with more than 800 companies understood to have exhibited at the final edition of ICE in London.

The show, which welcomed more than 40,000 attendees to the ExCeL between 5-9 February, will now move to Barcelona from 2025.

The biggest suppliers in online gambling were eager to go out with a bang and Sportingtech did so in style, with a futuristic creation in sleek white.

NEXT.io was unable to confirm whether the vast array of drinks on offer at the Sportingtech bar – including draught pints of Guinness and freshly mixed Caipirinhas – had a significant impact on voter behaviour.

Endorphina – which is no stranger to a stand-out stand – came in second with an artistic black and white effort, boosted by the appearance of a real-life mime artist. Visitors were urged to get creative and add their own touches to the stand’s canvas.

White Hat Gaming’s British pub-inspired build followed closely in third, as Pragmatic Play’s gigantic wall-to-wall effort rounded out a runaway top four.

Casino game innovator Spribe is also deserving of an honourable mention, having safely secured fifth place. The full list of top five votes can be found below:

“The ICE stand of the year award is a little bit like the Eurovision of iGaming,” said NEXT.io MD Pierre Lindh.

“It is bound to create controversy and divide opinion, and sometimes the most obvious choice doesn’t do as well as you would expect.

“I suppose the only difference is that the home nation of the winning company doesn’t need to deal with the headache of hosting ICE next year,” he added.

The NEXT.io WhatsApp community boasts more than 1,000 members. A separate group of 463 members was created for ICE London this year.

The NEXT.io community nominated finalists, and then more than 100 users voted for their favourite ICE exhibitor via an online form.

The votes of people voting for their own company were removed.
