Better Collective has hired Guy Harding as senior director of group media partnerships growth.

Harding comes with more than 13 years of experience from the media, tech and iGaming industries.

Most recently, he worked as commercial director at online media and technology company Legend.

Between July 2021 and November 2022, Harding served as commercial strategy and safer gambling director at Oddschecker Global Media (now FairPlay Sports).

Prior to his roles at Oddschecker, Harding worked as a financial analyst at Sky News.

At Better Collective, he will be tasked with helping the company to scale its media partnerships business.

“For many years, I have followed the impressive growth journey Better Collective has been on where they’ve successfully managed to diversify its business model, including entering into media partnerships with leading media outlets across the world,” Harding said.

“I am glad to join the strong team at Better Collective to further strengthen our position as the preferred partner for media businesses on our journey towards becoming the leading digital sports media group,” he added.

Better Collective has forged media partnerships with major media entities including The Telegraph in the UK, Sport1 in Germany, the New York Post in the US, Depor in South America and a global partnership with global football publisher Goal.

Harding will report to Simon Hovmand-Stilling, Better Collective’s SVP of group media and core sites, and CEO South America.

“Guy comes with a lot of knowledge and experience from the media and iGaming industry and will from day one be able to contribute with valuable knowledge and perspectives which will both benefit the media partnership division and benefit the entire group,” said Hovmand-Stilling.
