Mobile games developer Gaming Realms has hired Suki Sandhu as its new chief product officer (CPO).

In his new role as CPO, Sandhu will be entrusted with the task of expanding the Slingo content portfolio.

Sandhu has more than 20 years of experience in the iGaming industry.

He has held senior positions at companies including PartyGaming (now part of Entain), IGT and Gamesys.

Most recently, he served as the product director of iGaming at Inspired Entertainment.

Prior to that, he also worked for companies such as Roxor Gaming and BetBull.

A period of growth

Sandhu’s arrival at Gaming Realms coincides with a period of growth for the company.

Recently, the provider announced a 36% year-on-year increase in revenue, soaring to £11.5m for the first half of 2023.

CEO Mark Segal expressed his enthusiasm about the appointment, stating: “We are thrilled to welcome Suki to the Gaming Realms team.

“With his expertise and skills, we will be able to level up our existing product offering and provide players around the world with even more engaging and entertaining gaming experiences as we look to build on our recent success.”

Sandhu added: “I have a passion for product and the iGaming industry, and Gaming Realms share a similar desire to make a positive impact in the market.

“Slingo has become a genre of its own, and we’re keen to build on this and offer a wider variety of content.

“We have many ideas and a hungry team, and we will now create a shared product vision to ensure we deliver a positive gaming experience for our players, partners, and operators,” he said.

Originally created in 1995 for the US land-based casino sector, Slingo games blend elements of slots and bingo into a hybrid experience.

Gaming Realms’ Slingo portfolio features a variety of titles, including Slingo Starburst and Slingo Sweet Bonanza.
