Casumo is one of our recommended casino brands, but we’ve found that few people know that it also has an awesome sportsbook. For the last two weeks we’ve been exploring all it has to offer for UK bettors.
From our research, we’ve been able to create a detailed Casumo review looking at core features such as its licensing, customer support, and usability. Not only that, but we’ve also delved deep into its sportsbook to see the markets it supports and betting options you have, so read on to learn more and see if it’s worthwhile.
To start this Casumo review we wanted to jump into the welcome bonus. Now, we do have a
Casumo promo code
review that speaks about all of these in detail, but we thought it was a great idea to at least review the new customer offer which is as follows:
Get 100% back as a free bet up to ÂŁ30 if your first bet loses.
We like this type of welcome offer as it gives you the relative freedom to use your initial deposit money as you wish and perhaps experiment with some different bet types. There are important terms and conditions for this welcome offer that you need to be aware of, though:
Minimum ÂŁ5 deposit.
First bet must be ÂŁ5 or more and have 1.40 minimum odds and 3 at least 3 legs.
First bet can be made on any sport except virtual sports.
If you lose, the free bet is credited as 1 chunk equal to your stake.
The free bet must be used within 7 days.
The free bet must have minimum odds of 1.40 per leg.
Maximum odds for the free bet are 6.00
This is all relatively straightforward and we think it’s one of the better sports welcome bonuses available. The 1.40 minimum odds requirements for the initial bet are easy to match and we like the flexibility you get with your free bet if you lose your initial bet too.
For Casino players, there’s a welcome offer where you Get a 50% matched bonus up to ÂŁ100, with a 10x wagering requirement.
Does Casumo Sportsbook Have Its Core Features Sorted?
A sportsbook has to have a range of underlying features in place for it to run smoothly and to give a legit betting experience to UK customers and this is what we concentrated on for this Casumo review.
Licensing
Casumo is a fully licensed online casino and sportsbook. It is operated by Recro Limited who have a gambling license provided by the UK Gambling Commission under license number 61549. We are confident that this is a legitimate sportsbook that has fair odds and complies with UK betting regulations.
Customer Support
Click on the “more” button in the top right-hand corner and you can see the support options which include FAQs, live chat, and email. We tested all three methods and were happy with the level of support provided. The live chat is the best option and once you’ve spoken to the AI bot, you can speak to a human rep within a few minutes.
Security
The site uses standard security features including HTTPS connectivity and SSL encryption. At the time of writing this Casumo review, there was an active SSL certificate provided by WE1/Google Trust Services.
Payment Methods
We also thought the payment system was robust and we were able to make deposits and withdrawals using common methods like Visa, MasterCard debit card, online banking, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can get started with as little as ÂŁ5, and from our experience, withdrawals were always processed within 24 hours.
How Easy Is the Casumo Website and Mobile Version to Use?

Usability is a key factor for any sportsbook due to the information they try to cram on the screen, so we spent a long time looking at the desktop website and mobile version of Casumo.
The Desktop Website Has Bright and Modern Design
If you’re familiar with the Casumo brand then the sportsbook uses the same color scheme and branding as the casino and we like it. The site is vibrant and has a modern design that’s easy on the eyes. We think the navigation is easy to understand also – you’ve got the main sports categories listed in a horizontal menu, and then the different matches and betting options are displayed beneath this. Page speeds were always fast, and we never had any technical issues.
There’s a Casumo App for Android and iOS
You can download the official Casumo app from the App Store or Google Play Store and both have decent ratings. The App Store version has a 4.1 star rating from 1,000+ reviews and it’s ranked #65 in the Casino category. Positive comments praised the usability of the app and the betting variety of the sportsbook. Similarly, the Google Play version has a 4.0 star rating from 1,000+ reviews and while the sports book reviews were positive, we did notice some Casumo Casino review comments that said the casino games don’t payout which we have not experienced.
We downloaded and installed the Android version of the app and thought it delivers a fantastic sportsbook experience. You get a neat menu that has excellent touchscreen responsiveness, and you can still easily navigate between the different sports categories. It also makes for an incredibly handy in-play betting tool if you’re sat watching the footy!

For this Casumo review we wanted to concentrate on the actual entertainment aspect, so we spent time looking at the sportsbook, the bet types, and what you can do here. Although the Casino is the primary function of this operator, we were impressed with the sportsbook and think it has just as much to offer as other competitors.
The Site Supports 20+ Global Sports
The first thing we checked while compiling this Casumo review was the individual sports and competitions they covered. You can click on the “all sports” option from the left-hand menu to give you a complete breakdown. We were impressed – they feature all the popular sports you would expect, plus some rarer ones and a few we had never heard of like Trotting:
American Football, Aussie Rules, Baseball, Basketball, Cricket, Cycling, Darts, Esports, Football, F1, Gaelic Sports, Golf, Handball, Horse Racing, Ice Hockey, Motorsports, Politics, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Snooker, TV & Novelty, Table Tennis, Tennis, Trotting, Volleyball, Winter Olympics, Winter Sports.
In terms of the competitions and events supported, we couldn’t see any major ones missing. For example, with footy, they have coverage for virtually every league you can think of – from the Chili Premera and the Chinese Super League to the Cyprus First Division, the EPL, Bundesliga, and Ecuador Liga Pro. Regardless of whether you’re a top-tier footy fan, or like looking at leagues from around the globe, you’ll find excellent support.
This holds true for the other sports and we didn’t feel like any events were left uncovered.
The Football Coverage Is Superb
As we mentioned, the football markets are excellent and we think this is one of the main selling points of Casumo Sportsbook. You’ve got 30+ leagues and events to bet on, but we also thought that the betting variety was amazing.
You have the standard outright winner bets and a range of pre-match options for all the games, but for most of the matches you can find 50+ props bets including some of the following examples:
Both teams to score.
Specific goal scorers.
Number of corners.
Handicap bets.
Number of cards.
Halftime score.
We felt that this made the football betting experience incredibly entertaining and it allows you to get creative with your accas and bet builders and use your knowledge of the game to your advantage.
The In-play Betting Experience Is Fantastic
Casumo Sportsbook also has a dedicated in-play betting section that shows all the current live events. As far as we can see, you’ve got in-play betting for all the support sports and while writing this Casumo review, we looked at some of the live action such as the tennis matches for the US Open qualifiers.
You’ll find live streaming is available for loads of the events, but you do have to be logged in to your account to watch them. For most of the games, there are also stats to look at so you can make informed betting decisions. We never had any issues with the loading speeds of the odds and found that the in-play betting variety was just as good as the pre-match options.
Final Verdict – How Does Casumo Rank Against Other Top UK Sportsbooks?
We hope you have benefited from this Casumo review and can see what this sportsbook offers. Compared to the other top UK options, it definitely holds up well. You’ve got fantastic usability for the site and mobile apps, and this is complemented by the superior range of sports and betting markets supported. We think this is a great option if you dabble in both casino gaming and sports betting as you can easily switch between the two, so, why not use the links or banners we have here, get signed up, and give it a try today?
